Fear Not

Are you superstitious?

Superstition is fear based. God’s Word says “fear not”.

For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

Job 3:25

Thoughts create realities. Choose thoughts as carefully as words and deeds.

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:

Proverbs 23:7

Cast fear out lest it binds you in worry and manifests what you fear most.

 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:4-5

Focus on truth, honesty, justice, purity, loveliness, good reports, virtue, and things worthy of praise.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Philippians 4:8

Walk in faith. You will overcome fear and all of its manifestations as you choose to trust in the Lord.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
