What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Transmute negativity into positive energy through movement. Run, walk, dance, swim, write, clean house, make something beautiful whether it is yourself, your art, your home…

Or you could scream and cry until you’re dehydrated, red-eyed, and have a headache.

But I don’t see how that helps.
