I don’t know about their professional status but I love swimmers, Riley Gaines and Lara Trump.
Every time I see one of their posts, I’m inspired to work out.
I don’t always do it but it’s the thought that counts.
Most likely I’ll never do a Murph.
But thanks to posts made by Riley Gaines and Lara Trump, I know what a Murph is.
Both ladies stand up strong for truth, justice, and the American way!
So in the days of the Silver Swiftie, I’ve decided to be a Swimming Riley Lara.
