An angel descends from the sky
Descending down, down
A marvelous being of light
Topped off with a rainbow crown
A face as bright as the sun
Shoed in pillars blazing
Holding a book held open
To look upon, ‘tis a sight amazing
His right foot lands in the sea
His left takes the land, boldly
Prophesy, ye prophets
Take the book, take it and eat
To the belly, it’s bitter
But the taste is honey sweet
To peoples, nations, tongues, and kings
You will reveal prophetic things
He roared like a lion
Echoed seven thunders
Seal up the secrets of the seven thunders
Leave mortals to their wonders
He lifted up his hands
To our Father who lives forever
To the Creator of heaven, earth and sea
Time into the never
With angel number seven
The mystery of God shall end
Prophesy, ye prophets
Take the book, take it and eat
To the belly, it’s bitter
But the taste is honey sweet
To peoples, nations, tongues, and kings
You will reveal prophetic things
